The Hotel is about 500 meters from the central square of Argostoli and the city’s shopping pedestrian zone and 2 kilometers from the most famous beaches of Argostoli (Makris & Platis Gialos). It consists of 29 rooms (72 beds). The front rooms overlook the bay of Argostoli and face the city amphitheatrically, while the rooms on the backside face the hill of Pharaoh. In the basement, there are storage rooms and a large hall of 300 sq.m.

On the ground floor, which is about 180 sq.m, there is a reception area, a breakfast room, and a bar. On the backside of the Hotel, there are rooms that face an uncovered area of about 100 sq.m which is used as a courtyard. In the Hotel, there is a lift with a capacity of 3 people.
