Construction Proposal for a two-storey, 104.45 square meter villa, on the island of Kefalonia, in Greece. This is one of our company’s proposals, that we can build either in a plot that you already own, or you are about to buy.
On the ground floor, the house will comprise one bedroom, a living room, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and big verandas. On the first floor, there will be one bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room (or office space). The external configuration of the housing will include stone fences that delimit the plot, a wayside covered with stones around the villa, and a parking space.
