Leivatho


Leivatho or Livathos is a district in the southwestern part of Kefalonia, which consists of about 20 villages, which one competes with the other in the natural beauty, beaches and attractions. In the West and the North,  Leivatho, which is a noble area with great cultural tradition, borders with the Municipality of Argostoli, while the permanent population is about 4,500 inhabitants.

In Leivatho the visitor will find a wide range of accommodation to stay, starting with very decent rooms for rent and luxury villas, to 5 star hotels. Moreover, the demanding guest will find all kinds of taverns, and restaurants, snack bars and coffee shops that will offer him/her a quality and memorable entertainment.

Ano Leivatho is a region that combines sea and mountains, and its villages stretch from Mount Enos to the Ionian Sea.
