Dorizata is located in the Livathos region in the southern part of Kefalonia, only 11 km away from Argostoli. It borders the villages of Koudourata and Pessada. It is a small village located amidst lush vegetation, that has beautiful homes with tidy yards and beautiful gardens with trees and flowers.
The Venetian street passes from the village, linking the Krania area with the villages of Upper Livathos.
